At long last, the C.D. is finally available. You can purchase it via (link follows) Press For Change, who have very kindly offered to distribute the C.D. for me. They can be contacted by any of these following 3 means:

3. By post to Press For Change, BM Network, London, WC1N 3XX.

The price is currently 15 pounds, which I should note does include a 5 pound donation to Press For Change. If you have problems getting the C.D. via the above means, you can instead contact me direct (link follows) by e-mail.
